With a four-year degree in civil engineering from a Big Ten university, Wes began his career grounded in discipline, structure, and problem-solving. After spending time with several companies, both in and outside of his original field, Wes found the opportunity that would define his career: a 28-year journey with SPRINT. What began as a transition into an unfamiliar industry became a deeply challenging and rewarding career in technology and communications. Wes embraced the learning curve, adapted to constant change, and steadily rose through the organization into executive sales leadership. Over the years, he built and led high-performing teams, received prestigious leadership awards, earned clients' trust, and developed a reputation for leading with both strategy and heart.
